MLM software development company

Custom MLM software built around your compensation plan

We design, build and run MLM software for US network marketing companies: the commission engine, genealogy, distributor back offices, ecommerce integration and mobile apps. Your plan's rules, exactly, with a test suite that proves it.

Delivery: first release in 3 to 6 months. Fixed scope, fixed price, source code handed over.

What you receive

A platform your operators can audit and your distributors can use

Every build includes the same foundations. The mockups on this page are coded components with sample data, not screenshots of someone else's system.

  • A commission engine that calculates your exact plan: caps, carryover, matching bonuses, rank advances and refund clawbacks.
  • Genealogy for binary, unilevel, matrix, board, monoline, hybrid and party plan structures, with placement and sponsorship tracked separately.
  • Distributor back offices and replicated sites where every payout opens to the volume, rank and bonus lines behind it.
  • Ecommerce integration with Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom storefront, so customer and distributor orders both pay into the tree.
  • iOS and Android apps with rank progress, earnings and one tap sharing, built from the same data as the web back office.
  • Payouts by ACH, check file, wallet or crypto rails, with a locked, reproducible commission run every period.

Compensation plans

Seven plan structures, one engine architecture

Volume is attributed once per period, then every bonus family computes from that single attribution. That is what makes hybrids safe: no double counting, no drift between bonuses.

Delivery process

Five phases from plan document to launch day

The same sequence for every build, whether the scope is one unilevel plan or a hybrid with crypto payouts.

  1. Plan specification

    1 to 2 weeks

We write your compensation plan down as testable rules: every bonus formula, rank requirement, cap, carryover rule and refund behavior. You review and sign off before any code is written.

  2. Architecture and design

    2 to 3 weeks

We map the plan to modules, design the database around your genealogy structure, and build the back office and storefront interfaces in the design system you approve.

  3. Core build

    8 to 14 weeks

The commission engine comes first, with a test suite that runs your plan against hundreds of scenarios including edge cases like mid-period rank changes and cross-leg volume.

  4. Integration and apps

    3 to 6 weeks

Ecommerce, payment processing, tax and payout rails connect to the engine. Mobile apps ship against the same API the web back office uses.

  5. Parallel run and launch

    2 to 4 weeks

We load your real genealogy and run parallel commission cycles: our engine against your current payouts, reconciled line by line, until the numbers match. Then you launch.

Replacing an existing platform? The migration process adds genealogy extraction and a parallel run before cutover.

Apps and integrations

A mobile app distributors open daily, and integrations that hold up

The apps are native experiences over the same API as the back office: rank progress, earnings, team activity and sharing tools that pre-fill compliant copy.

Ecommerce

Shopify and WooCommerce attribution, autoship, tax and inventory.

Crypto payouts

Token or stablecoin rails with a dedicated ledger and per wallet audit.

Analytics

Rank progress and volume trends for distributors, cohort views for corporate.

Security

Argon2id password hashing, encrypted PII, SSO and enforced 2FA for corporate users.

When custom development is the right call

Licensed platforms are the right answer for standard plans and fast launches. Custom development wins when the plan is unusual, the integrations are deep, or per distributor fees are outrunning value.

Engagement model

How working with us actually runs

Projects run with a named delivery lead and a named engineer from first call to launch. You get weekly demos against the plan specification, a shared issue tracker your team can see, and a decision log recording every plan rule and why it was configured the way it was.

Payment follows milestones tied to working software: specification sign off, engine acceptance after the scenario suite passes, integration acceptance, and launch after the parallel run reconciles. If a milestone fails, the next invoice waits until it passes.

After launch the support window covers fixes, monitoring and plan adjustments. From there you either take the handover documentation and run it with your team, or continue on a monthly maintenance retainer that includes a change allowance. Both paths are priced in the open, in the contract, before work starts.

Common first questions

Answered before you ask

Can you work with our existing plan document?
Yes, even a rough one. Specification turns it into testable rules; gaps become explicit questions instead of assumptions in code.
Do you require revenue share or equity?
No. Fixed price for fixed scope, maintenance optional. We build software; we do not take a cut of your field.
What if we already have a platform team?
We co-deliver: our engineers on the commission engine, yours on integrations, with a clean API boundary both sides build against.
Who pays if the plan changes mid build?
Plan changes are scoped as change orders with written estimates. The original scope price never silently moves.

Frequently asked questions

What does custom MLM software cost?

Most custom builds fall between 12,000 and 120,000 dollars. The main drivers are compensation plan complexity, ecommerce integrations and whether you need iOS and Android apps. Our pricing page breaks down each tier and what it includes.

How long does MLM software development take?

A first release with one compensation plan, a distributor back office and standard integrations typically takes 3 to 6 months. Additional plan types, mobile apps or a platform migration add 1 to 3 months each.

Which compensation plans do you support?

Binary, unilevel, matrix, board, monoline, hybrid and party plan structures. Each plan ships with its exact rules: pairing and carryover for binaries, level payouts and matching for unilevel, width and depth caps for matrix plans.

Do you integrate with Shopify or WooCommerce?

Yes. We integrate distributor attribution, volume tracking and commission calculation with Shopify, WooCommerce and custom storefronts, so customer and distributor orders both pay into the tree correctly.

Can you migrate us from our current MLM software?

Yes. Migrations include genealogy with placement data (not just sponsorship), historical commission summaries and a parallel commission run so you can verify payouts match before going live.

Do you provide a demo?

Yes. Book a demo and we walk you through a working system with your compensation plan rules configured, including a commission run on sample data. Demo access is free and there is no obligation.
