How we work
Principles we are willing to lose deals over
The plan document comes first. No code before the compensation plan is written down as testable rules and signed off. This is why our builds calculate plans exactly: the rules were specified before they were coded.
Every payout shows its math. A distributor should be able to open any commission line and see the volume, rank and bonus lines behind it. Support should never need an engineer to explain why a distributor earned what they earned.
We say no. We tell companies when licensed software fits them better, when their plan is legally fragile, and when a feature they want will hurt the field. Roughly a third of our sales conversations end with a referral to a licensed platform.
You own everything. Repository, infrastructure, pipeline, documentation. No license, no lock in, no per distributor fee that grows with your success.
