What we collect
When you submit a demo, quote or contact form we store the details you provide: name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number if given, company, country, interests, budget range, timeline and message. We also store technical context for spam protection and attribution: the page you submitted from, the referrer, UTM parameters captured on your first visit, your browser user agent, and a salted hash of your IP address. We never store raw IP addresses.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to answer your request, prepare a demo or quote, and keep an internal record of the conversation. If you subscribed to occasional updates through the footer form, we use your email for that purpose until you ask us to stop. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the site working, including a first party cookie that remembers your UTM parameters for lead attribution and a cookie remembering your consent choice. With your explicit consent we load Google Analytics 4, with IP anonymization, to understand which pages help buyers. Declining keeps only essential cookies. You can change your choice by clearing site cookies and reloading.
Third parties
We use providers to operate this site: hosting, email delivery for lead notifications, and Google Analytics when consented. Each processes data only on our instructions for these purposes. WhatsApp chat links open WhatsApp on your device; messages sent there are governed by WhatsApp, not this policy.
Data retention and security
Lead records are retained while a business relationship is possible and then removed per our internal schedule, unless retention is required by law. Access to lead data is restricted to team members who need it, protected by multi factor authentication and logged.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion where no legal obligation requires retention. Email the address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
